All persons working in the children’s and youth ministries of Bridge Bible Church must fulfill the following three (3) qualifications for service:
1. I have received Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. (Romans 10:9-10)
2. I am known for a dedicated Christian life, according to the standard of God’s Word. In areas of Christian liberty, I have a testimony that is helpful and not a hindrance. (1 Corinthians 9:19-27, 10:2-24 & 31-33)
3. I will strive to “set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12)

To do the following while working in the Children's Ministry at Bridge Bible Church:
-Be a good example
-Help with the children
-Participate in the singing, crafts, and other activities
-Encourage the children to follow rules (Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible)
-Play with the children
-Pick up toys at the end of class
-Dress modestly - allows you to sit on the floor, move freely
-Refrain from using electronic devices and texting
-Find a substitute or contact my supervising director if I cannot fulfill my role on a Sunday morning

To follow the following rules while working in the Children's Ministry at Bridge Bible Church for the protection of all children and volunteers:
- Only adult female teachers should accompany children to the bathroom and/or change diapers.
- Two non-related adults should be present during bathroom/diaper changes. If not available, teachers should stay outside in the hallway or parents should be notified.
- Ensure parent and child security tag matches.
- Do not leave any child unattended.
- Always place safety first.
